As the Menopause Support lead and tutor within the School of Antenatal, Paula was allocated my training to be a Menopause Support Practitioner and Officer, and she has been absolutely fantastic from the start.
She contacted me and conducted the training as was convenient for me, and offered helpful strategies throughout.
Aware that I have a professional and high level healthcare background, she paced and taught at a level appropriate to my skill set, and I appreciated that consideration, while remaining aware that this was a new area of knowledge for me. We chose a one to one zoom training day to facilitate this and it worked extremely well. She has a high level, skilled and relevant working background herself, which was evident in the way she guided me through the information; and she was discerning with regards to what the key takeaways were and how to progress autonomously moving forward. (All the while assuring me she was accessible for any support required as I did so). I would highly recommend her as a tutor for the initial training day!
